PRIME CONTRACTOR AUDIT DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
In response to two workplace fatalities, one of Alberta’s largest construction projects requested our participation, in the role of Lead Auditor, in the execution of a custom audit protocol. This audit protocol was executed for, and findings presented to, the company senior executive as part of the corporate strategy to identify and address any deficiencies in their ability to fulfill their legislative responsibilities.

FALL PROTECTION INSTITUTIONAL EVALUATION
Developed processes, trained evaluators, managed evaluator findings and provided quality management for the project and final report/submission. This evaluation encompassed and provided recommendations for 230 institutional facilities within a four month time frame in order to ensure the organization's ability to meet legislative compliance.

RISK PLANNING/STRATEGY PLANNING AND TURN-AROUND MANAGEMENT
An oilsands facility was awarded a one billion dollar maintenance contract and HSE CERTIFIED was retained to develop a method to manage the risk determination and control for an upcoming thirty day/three thousand personnel facility turn around and managed one of the two shifts (24 hour coverage) of health and safety personnel assigned to the turn-around team (20 personnel).

PRIME CONTRACTOR AUDIT DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION

This audit protocol was executed for, and findings presented to, the company senior executive as part of a strategy to identify and address deficiencies in their ability to fulfill their legislative responsibilities.

TECHNOLOGY PROVING AND PROCESS HAZARD ASSESSMENT
Represented an international technology company’s risk mitigation and operational concerns relating to demonstrating perceived high risk technology, relating to petroleum upgrading within process facilities. Activities included chemical/process/equipment risk assessment and mitigation, insurance and approvals as well as clearances and orientation of Company Officers to the Canadian regulatory environment.
